referral sign up

my mom was trying to sign up under me but when I tried to help it claimed her email is already in use. can you help us out? why its saying its already in use when my mom had trouble signing up

It sounds like she signed up with us in the past using that email address.

Please have her submit a support request by clicking the Contact Us link at the bottom of the site (http://www.cashcrate.com/contact), and indicate the email she is trying to use. That way, we'll be able to reply directly to her via email.

my mom just signed up today. she is having trouble getting into the surveys. any shortcut to help her. I checked shes not showing under me for some reason.

Because of the multiple issues and our privacy policy, we need to communicate directly with the account holder (your mom).
