Question need help with videos

I've been trying to watch videos since I joined. Everytime I click on the tab it pops up "you must be over 13 to watch videos. Well. I am 51! Anyone know what's wrong?

Technically, isn't everyone in Cashcrate registered as over 13?
And no wonder the videos are working for me (I thought it was 18 )

The amount of available videos can vary sometimes. I'm asking about it.
