Default Haven't received your payment?


If you haven't received your check yet, please be sure that your address in your profile is correct. We've had several hundred checks returned because people filled out their address incorrectly.

If your information is correct and you believe your payment is missing, send an email to support@cashcrate.zendesk.com. Please remember to include your Payment ID, which can be found under 'My Account'.
