Youtube is a great place to get referrals. Look at what some others have done for ideas, just dont steal content from other users.

If you use good tags then you should get a good amount of views,
but if you have bad tags then you will get a crappy amount of
views.

Kinda strange giving you suggestion adam7one...more generic! plus there is more than one site to submit a video too.

I am always up for suggestions, particularly for things that I am new to and in the case of online videos I am very new.
I am not real sure how Youtube works so I didn't want to bombard it with keywords in case it looked spammy, but if any of the youtube pro's reckon I can add more then please let me know.
What other video sites are there?

Shoot for using longtail keywords for your tags. The tags you're using have a TON of competetion and your video probably isn't ranking well on YouTube for those terms.
Use much longer keywords like "make money doing short surveys online" or "how to make money completing offers".
Not saying those are good examples, just trying to give you an idea of what a longtail keyword is.
Use the Google Adwords external keyword tool (just Google "adwords keyword tool" it will be 1st result) to find good keywords. You want to use ones that have more than 1,000 searches and when you do an exact search for the term on Google (the term with "term here" - quotes around it) try to get ones with 50,000 or less results of competition.
It takes a little time to do the proper research for this, but I promise you it's well worth the time.
Also, try using the longtail keywords as the title of your video and you'll get even more views.
