When am I able to set up a link that I can track to see where I am getting the referrals from?

And I remember an option to opt out of the $3 after the first $10 and get $1 bonus right away is that still available? How do I activate it?

once you become a silver member( atleast 50 active referrals) you will gain access to cashcrate pro. tracking where your referrals come from is a feature of cashcrate pro. for more info check out this thread,
